How much does your health coaching program cost?

Can I work with you if I’m already diagnosed with diabetes?
Yes! While my primary focus is diabetes prevention, many of the strategies I teach can support better blood sugar management for individuals with type 2 diabetes. Let’s discuss your specific needs during a clarity call.
How do I pay for your services?
Payments are processed securely via invoice using major credit cards. Full payment details will be provided once you sign up for a program. Payment plans are available.
Can I get reimbursed from my HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds for the investment on health and wellness coaching?
Yes, however, you may need to get some documentation from your primary doctor or specialist. The IRS determines what can be reimbursed by an HSA/FSA. The IRS has issued guidance to the NBHWC that out-of-pocket costs of health and wellness coaching services can be a “qualified medical expense” if the services are provided for the treatment or prevention of a disease.
Who should I talk to regarding the use of an HSA/FSA and how would I receive reimbursement?
If you are interested in receiving benefits under the HSA/FSA for Health and wellness coaching, you should consult with your physician to discuss your medical treatment and care plan.
If decided that your condition warrants the support, they recommend that you get health coaching services through a Medical Letter of Necessity to be provided to you for record keeping along with a detailed invoice I will provide so that you can use to process claim directly with your HSA/FSA company; they will reimburse you.

How can I get support between sessions?
I’m here for you! You can email me at hello@jennypena.com, and I’ll respond during my regular business hours. While my focus is on my current clients, I aim to provide timely and thoughtful support between sessions.
What if I miss a health coaching session?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, you need to notify it at least 48 hours before the session is scheduled. I offer a 30-day window to make up any missed sessions. However, no-shows without notice will not be eligible for rescheduling after the first occurrence.
How can your coaching help improve my sleep?
Poor sleep can negatively impact blood sugar, energy, focus, mental health and overall well-being. Being a Sleep, Stress and Restoration Certified coach, all of my health coaching includes sleep hygiene strategies, such as creating a calming bedtime routine, managing stress, and optimizing your sleep environment. Restful sleep is essential for achieving your health goals, and we’ll make it a priority in your plan.
