The Energizing Chocolate Pudding You’ll Want on Repeat

This creamy, rich pudding skips the added sugar and dairy—and instead gets its sweetness and texture from just a few whole food ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 large ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions: Blend everything until silky smooth. Chill and serve!
