Join the Virtual CDC Diabetes Prevention Program 2025 Offering

I am excited to be offering the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program virtually, which is an amazing year-long program consisting of 26 live virtual meetings of an hour starting in January 2025.

The PreventT2 program is part of the National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP). It’s an evidence-based program that helps participants make lifestyle changes to reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes. The program includes group sessions facilitated by a certified lifestyle and integrative nutrition health coach via weekly, biweekly and monthly sessions. It will be delivered online with additional support between meetings via email.
